Amanda Visit - and Dinner at Mom's

Amanda was in town for a visit and we had a nice dinner at Mom's last night. We had an assortment of cool salads, including Mom's famous potato salad, Mom's famous chicken salad, and Mom's not-as-famous but still great salad with the beans and corn and celery and miniature peas. We also had a great dessert of strawberry ice cream with strawberries on top. It was strawberry-a-licious.
